Where can I find my emails?
The emails (as well as folders) are saved in a folder named after the account you are transferring from. When you begin the migration, the folder is generated automatically. You may transfer the emails and files to other places on your account after completing the migration.
Is it possible to move email from the same account?
No, this is not feasible since the migration cannot begin until both accounts are active, and an account cannot be activated twice. We advise setting up your account with IMAP in a local client (such as Outlook, Mail, etc.) and creating a backup if you wish to move emails during a domain transfer.
Will emails from the account I'm transferring from be deleted?
The emails are copied, so no. On the account you are migrating from, nothing changes.
Which email service providers can I move my emails from?
Check their website for a list of providers that support Shuttlecloud so you may move from them.
My emails seem to have not all been moved.
The transfer is probably not finished if emails or folders are missing. To check whether it is still in progress, navigate to Settings > Email migration.
How many emails can I migrate at once?
One email account may be moved at a time, however, you are free to move as many mail accounts as you want. After the migration is finished, you may begin a new one.
